Its official!! At 11:59 tonight Ohio is on "lockdown". We can't go anywhere except the store, hospital, work, hiking, walking the dog ,hunting, fishing, etc, etc, etc,,,,,,,,

But are we allowed to drive to the fishing spot because I don't have one in my backyard?

If I get pulled over on my way to the lake i'm just gonna tell them i'm grocery shopping the old fashioned way. I doubt we have any LE around here old enough to get that tho.

We got put on a stay home order today. Well... it got announced today from Democrat Gov Evers...apparently signed tomorrow and then goes into effect after that.
Word is we are still running the manufactured housing plant so Im not sure where we escaped that but I'll gladly keep showing up for work.

Your job is considered a critical job Jim. All the trades are considered as critical jobs.  However,, your employer can still choose to give you 2 weeks off like mine did yesterday. Oh well.

How in the hell are they going to enforce a stay at home order?  We, I, have not changed a darn thing since this started we have become a nation of sheep.  The government said it so I MUST do it.

The coyotes also have a stay at home order.  I went out yesterday and couldn't call in a single coyote.
When they come for mine they better bring theirs

John, our coyotes missed the order.  Went over to the new land yesterday just to see if I could catch any shed hunters.  While sitting in my truck enjoying the fresh air, I blew a few squalls on Jimmie just to see who would answer.  Had a coyote come from the west in 10 minutes and then 2 went by North of me at the 1/2 hour mark.  Only thing I saw besides 2 very lost geese. :laught17:

You don't like Shed hunters?  They hunt them up in these parts using dogs.  The first time I heard the term shed Hunter I thought it was people driving around buying peoples sheds  :innocentwhistle:.. I thought it would be easier just to build one or go buy one at Home Depot

Nasty, I love hunting sheds.  What I don't like are guys who have more toys than brains who think they can drive said toys anywhere they damb well please.  I figure if they can buy all the toys that they can damb well buy their own land to play with them on.  Guys who walk get away with it though.

I hear ya!  Some people just have no respect.  We had people driving out  into our camp in Vermont where we grew up dumping garbage break in and stealin shit in the winter time they were crossing the yard cutting through the woods onto the powerline to the snowmobile trail so we finally had enough and put up a big old steel gate.  I even had one mouthy flatlander tell me how do I even know you own this property? I said I grew up here you moron I said if you want to run your mouth I said why dont you step out of that truck ? He didnt :hahaha:  :innocentwhistle:

I almost told him no I don't own this property I'm just up here mowing the lawn because I don't have anything better to do with my time. 👊👊👊👊👊👊

Have the same question here in Oregon. Fishing is good for one's mental health. I would say it is a medical necessity. Think I'll go fishing.

Ohio's "lockdown" says to continue enjoying life. Go to the park. Go fishing. Keep on keeping on. However,, practice some form of intelligence while doing so.

I am not the reason the coronavirus is spreading. So when I walk in the door don't act like I AM your worst nightmare! When I walk in to buy something I am told to "STAY BEHIND THE LINE!!" It is not me that is the problem! I am NOT the one spreading this.

The spread of this bacteria is real. I am not trying to lighten the mood. I'm just saying that the people that are handling the money are the ones spreading this. Not me. They stand there with there rubber gloves on touching EVERY piece of money thru the door. They do not sanitize between customers because THEY have gloves on. Think about this for a second. If they touch the money of the previous 10 customers then touch your stuff to scan it then hand you change back,,, you've just touched that very same money of those last 10 people!!!!! EVERY money handler should be sanitizing & wiping counters between customers everywhere!! Banks included & my banker Wife agrees with me.

Convenience store clerks do NOT need to touch my items when I lay them with the bar code up. They only need to touch their scanner tool!!

I am not the problem!! Money handlers are spreading this!!!! NOT Customers!!

A lot of this death and dying stuff is the result of pure ass luck.  When the bullet comes, it means your time is up. There's no rhyme or reason to it. We all will die at some point. Today is as good as any other.
