Goin to Texas next weekend

Hey all, little slower around here again lately. Myself and three other guys are headin to Texas next Fri. , do alittle boar huntin, and maybe do a little callin for fun. We're goin to Circle T ranch by Commerce Tx. Just curious, anybody from around there? Familiar with the place? or area? Just kinda bored and startin conversation.

Sorry, said I wanted to start a conversation, then my wife wanted to go for a quick walk.

We are gonna drive down there. We're gonna leave about 5:30 Fri. A.M. drive till we feel like stoppin, maybe go all the way, depends on how side tracked we get. Hunt Sat. Sun. Mon. drive back home on Tues. Should be a good time

I think we are takin 35 down through Kansas and Oklahoma. I should probably sit down and look at best route, beins it's a whole week away

Thats the way we took last year, we went down East of San Antonio, by Gonzales.

Too bad ya weren't a little closer, we could hook up for supper or somethin. You familiar with the towns around there, any really good bbq places in the area?

I'm assuming you're talkinig about the Commerce in northeast Texas. If so, it's only about 20-30 mins from Sulphur Springs and they have some decent BBQ joints. Reason I asked which way you were driving, if you were coming thru Arkansas, you would driving thru my town to get there. We do have some good BBQ joints.

I dont THINK they want to stop at EVERY Gas station on the way and fight over who goes to the crapper 1st

at that rate they would NEVER get there with Jims castor oil BBQ coursing through their systems

Actually a little on the other side. I'm from Carroll, west central Ia.
