tell ya the truth I started when I wanted a buddy to make me a horn howler with a mouthpiece that I made.  He told me where to get the horns and it went from there.  I do not make many mainly because I did not really want it to be another job.  but so far it has been fun.  I try to make one every other month.  I have horn right know that I think will get a elk mouthpiece in it.  They do not look anywhere as good as brents or higgins howlers but they get the job done.  I am hoping in the next year or so to get one of brents howlers to add to my collection.  I actually need to pm him aboud what bones to send out for a wingbone call.  takereasy and thanks.

Looks to me like you did a fine job there Ben! The transfer to the mouth piece looks good. I been working on howlers every night till 3:00 am then again in the mornings before work, i think I have that smell implanted in my skin. I think I can smell it in my sleep! Looks like you spent some time sanding that one, looks smooth and even! Nice job!

Just shoot me a pm over and I will get you fixed up on the bones!

Beautiful horn.   You really worked that one up nice.  Is that your PVC type tone board?

Nice looking call.
