Brad Holzer is one Heck of a GOOD GUY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I Didnt know where to post this story,So I thought this was just as good a Place as anywhere else


on Monday August 20th I thought it was Christmas,,before my wife went to work she brought in 4 packages,,I have been  ordering Bullets and all kinds of reloading Components,and a few Calls,,I bought a Call off of bnccont and I orderd some calls off of Loren Reese,,well 3 of the Packages were Bills and Lorens calls,,and 1 package was Bullets I ordered a few days ago,,and THEN the 4th Package was from Brad Holzer??? I didnt have a CLUE as to why there was a Package from Brad Holzer sitting on my Table,,so I told my youngest son, Cole, that something wasn't right,so I open the package and out falls a clear reed and a Green Steer maker,at that moment I was confused and I reached in and pulled out a Paper Towel that had a pretty hefty weight to it,,so I looked at Cole and unraveled it and I was STUNNED,to say the least !!!
There in my hand was a Genuine Brad Holzer,thing of Beauty,it was a  Mini Horn Howler with Brass band and an Acrylic
Mouthpiece !!!
I could NOT beleive it!!! I was stunned,me and Cole looked at each other,and he said "what",,I told him I think someone
messed an order up because I never ordered this Call ??? I held that call for Probably 20 Minutes,just looking at the
Craftsmanship that went into making this Call!!!
Cole asked me what does it sound like,,and I told him I am NOT going to blow on this Call,because I dont think whoever
bought this Call would appreciate my Copenhagen all over THEIR Mouthpiece !!!
So after I went through 3,000 different scenario's on HOW the MISTAKE was made that sent SOMEONE ELSE'S Call to MY House,,I sat down and sent a Message to Brad Holzer asking him IF this was a Mistake ??? and how did this Come about ???
He messaged me back and assured me that this was NOT a Mistake and that some member(s)on here Liked how I wrote stuff and How much I ADMIRED Brad's SKILL at making Calls that he FELT I deserved one of the Calls,on the inside it is signed by Brad Holzer and it says # 3 of 4 for ohiobob,,like I said,,I STILL thought it was a mistake and that he ACCIDENTLY put my
name on a List somehow ???
After I came to realize that the Call was ACTUALLY intended to arrive at my door I then realized that No One has EVER did
Something like that for me,and I want you to know that this Call Means alot to me and THIS CALL WILL be a PRIZED POSESSION as Long as I am around!!! so I really DON'T Know how to say Thank you,except to say THANK YOU VERY MUCH Brad Holzer !!!
You are a Great Person and I am SURE,,you make your Family Proud !!! and you Make FnF and ALL the members Proud too !
I also want to thank 5Shots too I KNOW he was in on this too! and IF anyone else was involved,,I want to thank you also

I am STILL playin with it (the Call)  I am still in a state of Shock  :shck: I guess I will have to Pinch myself every morning to make sure I am NOT dreaming,,this Call is EXTREMLY Nice,,the Bad Pics I took,do NOT do this Call justice !!!

I agree with everyone.    I visited with Brad some time ago on carving on horns, he was kind enough to send me a few to mess with, out of his pocket! ( Which by the way Brad, I have not forgot about this gesture, I just have not done much at all with them this summer.  So not much to show ya there.)

I have to admit I was one of the first ones to know about the call, and reading this post has me a little choked up. (there's no smiley that fits) Very nice set of calls there PS it's ok to get cope on the mouthpiece if you like.
