Welcome to FnF. Nice picture, which kind of solves the mystery of how you got a name like Badgerman?

P.S. Welcome to FnF.

Badgerman

Glen and Jerry, Here's some pics and I have taught 5th grade for 10 years but just got moved to 4th.

Frogman

Guys and gals,

Welcome to F&F!!  Great bunch of people here!

Jim
You can't kill 'em from the recliner!!

Hawks Feather

I taught fifth grade my first two years then made a move to another city and taught sixth.  I loved fifth grade - they were old enough to understand my sense of humor and also didn't think they were the "Kings and Queens" of the building.  Fourth grade is about the same as fifth when I taught, except for the state and national tests.  Have fun this year in the new grade level.  The biggest problem will be that the fourth graders won't know much - your students ended as "starting fifth grade" and you new ones will be "starting fourth grade" and that two year gap will show up.

From the looks of the pictures you have done well with the badgers and several other species as well.

Badgerman, welcome to the family.

Born and raised in the southern highlands of Appalachia, I'm just an ol' country boy who enjoys calling coyotes... nothing more, nothing less.

Badgerman

Thanks for the warm reception folks. Just so you know, I didn't do the badger mount. The tanning yes. Jim, I think I've heard of you before. I don't know if it was online, through other hunters/friends, or when I lived in SE MN. But your name rings a bell. Decent site you guys got here. I need to familiarize myself with it. Please bear with me if I post stuff in not quite the right place. I'm sure I'll catch on soon enough. I'll try to mind my etiquette :laf:

Retired US Army.  Still working for Uncle Sam.  Live in Eastern NC, but have hunted in a few other states since I first started hunting way back in the mid-80s.  Anyway, I am looking forward to being able to link up with a few of the guys on here in my neck of the woods to put some fur down in between trips outside the country.  I am shooting my 30-30 for deer, but really love hand callin' predators and puttin' down with my 25-06.

Hello Everyone,

I am a 44 year old hunter and fisherman from New Brunswick, Canada. As you can tell from my location, I hunt the Eastern Coyote. I am hoping to learn some new techniques from the members and maybe (no guarantees) I can help answer questions that someone may have on the coyotes in New Brunswick.

Thanks for having me,

Darren

Yea, Darren, we are glad to have you here.  There are several that have some knowledge about the Eastern coyote here (I am not one of them).  Enjoy your time here.
