I have a bunch of honey locust in my woods and they are starting to bloom and the sweet smell they give can be way more then I can stand

Around here farmers would have a locust grove that would keep an on going supply of fence post.
The one we had was a one acre honey hole. From 'shrooms & raspberrys to squirrels, rabbits, & deer. Took several 'coon outta there too. The sweet corn patch was close by.

not many locust around these parts anymore, the most common woods burnt around here are oak, maple, and ash.
