Mother Nature doesn't suffer fools, so I'm figuring you two better get out of there before she notices you.  :sneer:

Lake Delton is now gone :shck:
The water rushing into, completely blew it out and it all ran south. There's nothing but a mudhole there now. This is in the Wisconsin Dells where all the Tommy Bartlett water ski shows took place. Theres a ski ramp sunk in the mud at the bottom of the now gone lake Delton.

Thanks for the replys Ill tell ya Im keepin my eyes and ears open I stayed home from work today they are about to close the only road left to where I work I didnt feel like gettin stuck in that town. But so far the town I live in is ok but if the sauk city dam goes it will send about 8.9 square miles of water my way that would be a total nightmare for everyone on this river, it would take about 2 days for  the water to get here so hopefully I have time to get out.
THEN Ill be headin over to jimmers hes on alot higher ground.  :puke:
Dont worry Jim Ill bring my own toothbrush this time :eyebrownod:

I hope the rain forcasted holds off we certainly dont need it. :holdon:

Hey Rich...pack up all your belongings tonight and put them in the boat. Chain the boat to the porch.
If you wake up and the boats floating off the trailer, just motor on over this way till you get to the bottom of the hill :eyebrownod:

I'll back one of the trucks down there tonight and leave the keys under the seat for ya.
Bring beer and cat litter

Other then the population Rick, hows the elevation of the town?  :laugh2:

Rick,

I hope that the water starts going down soon.  I was watching homes get the foundations washed out from under them on the noon news.  They also thought that more rain is going to be hitting the southern part of the state.

If you go to Jim's just take along some beer and Kitty litter and he will welcome you with open arms.   :innocentwhistle:

Later,

Jerry

HaMeR

Don't ask about the kitty litter. It's all good.   :innocentwhistle:  :roflmao: :roflmao:

Be Careful & when your neighbor says RUN!! Don't wait for all three letters to hit your ears!!

I sure hope the rains quit up there too. I'm thinking about you good folks!! Be Careful!!

Todd the elevation of my town starts right two feet above the river to about 50 feet above it built on a hillside more or less.
My house is like 15 ft above normal levels and im about 1.5 blocks awy from it.

Jim is up high not sure how high above he is and he is also quit aways away.
