Really tickled for you, Bopeye.  That is a most generous offer. You are going to have an absolute ball, and I think John's enjoyment is going to be to watch you and be in on it. 

But golly, you'll have a whole year of kibitzers on calibers, bear stoppers, back up, clothes to wear, calls to use, sleeping bag to take, mosquito repellent, my cousin's brother-in-law's bear...  You have given life to a whole string of subjects.  Thank you!  I can't wait to start.

Did I ever tell you about the time up north I squatted with some southern exposure to do some business when a tornado cloud of P-38 double barrelled mosquitoes homed in on me so thick I couldn't blink without catching one in my eyelids.  Just then this bear came nosing out of the brush...

Actually, if you have rifle, ammo, tag and some TP in a ziploc, you are good to go.  I'm sure John will have a knife to use if you forget yours.  Glad you'll have such a hunt.

There's a package in Iowa that John said your supposed to pick up on your way up there,
There'll be somebody there to help ya get it loaded, a little heavy, weighs about 185 lbs.
not sure what's in it.
