A few more shots from Canada.

Our transportation to and from the drop off point.

One of two mechanical portages.

A part of one of the portage trails. This was NOT easy!

Carrying an 18 foot, seventy pound canoe over this was tough.!

A little bit of paddling.

I'm not really into fishing that much either, or at least I wasn't until I went on this trip. I really went more for the canoeing and camping, but after five minutes of fishing that all went out the window and this became a fishing trip! I'm already planning next years' trip.

Oh, we didn't eat the turtle, but he didn't eat any more fish either!

Just a few hundred yards. There are only a few of them left over from the logging days of the last century.
