Sheesh, it's 47 here this morning at 7:45. Had to be a bit cooler last night.

It's almost time. They are still holed up during the day and tough to call. Mornings have been good for the first hour or so, but after that, pickin's are slim. Afternoons are a bust competely until just before dark.

Snow. We need snow.

Our Bow deer, Grouse, Crow, CottonTail, Squirrel, and Youth waterfowl, opens this weekend.
Bear and Dove are open now.

The weather man is calling for low 80's again by the weekend. :shck: WTH!

It's funny you say that Jim.........that's what they call me at work......

I just can't figure out why though.

The only thing I can figure out is Larry the Cableguy and I favor in a few ways:

He's from Nebraska.

It is true though, they do call me their own version of Larry. We have to give tours at least once a week at the place that I work. I am the tour guide quite frequently and I usually get introduced by the plant manager something like this.........."This is James Holbrook, supervisor over the press and powder prep departments and our very own Larry the Cable Guy....so please don't take what he says too seriously."

Can you believe that..........I just don't get any respect.....
