To put this but I figured Jim would find it anywhere anyway :shrug:. I pushed download on the google earth thingy and a popup showed up asking if I want to save a binary file"googleupdatesetup.exe. Would you like to save this file?
What now :confused:

What did you do?

You should have saved it yes. Somewhere where you'll be able to find it again, like your desktop.
Then double click it to run it, which installs the program.
After that you can delete the exe file and you'll open up Google Earth when you want it via Start>programs

I left the pop up up for three days [it sucks looking around them things] and then I canceled it all. :doh2:
