So, I had a few spare minutes today and grabbed my 853 and shot a few targets. It is a fun gun to shoot. It had the ‘traditional’ softwood stock with poor finish so I had refinished the stock. I realize that having a different finish drops the collector’s value, but it had already been sort of refinished when I bought it.

I love that. It almost looks like my laminate with the grain hyper exposed like that.
