West Virginia Governor Jim Justice announces lottery prizes for West Virginians who receive their first dose of the Covid-19 vaccine, including custom hunting rifles and shotguns, pickup trucks, hunting permits, four-year scholarships and a million dollars.
We are in week 2 of a drawing for $1,000,000 (no, I didn't win last week) but hope to in one of the future weeks. This is for adults and kids are eligible for a full paid (room and board) for four years at any state college in Ohio.

A million dollars ain't worth my life . He can have my vaccine. Screw him. If it was so dam good why do they have to bribe people to take it ?
