I disagree, but when I said I wouldnt trust some people with a ballpoint pen let alone a concealed weapon, it wasnt indicative to how smart someone is.
I was referring to them as being a high risk, or danger to themselves and everyone around them.
If a guy rapes his children on a regular basis, and supports his family by robbing gas stations and killing the attendees, should he be allowed to have a license to carry a concealed weapon? I mean hey it's his constitutional right Even though he is stripping everyone in his path of theirs.

They arent a felon until they get caught.
So..again I know people that I wouldnt trust with a ballpoint pen, let alone a concealed weapon.
