Keep a handful under 28â€, skin them, fillet the sides with the Y bones still in. Cut them in about 1†cubes/chunks, beer batter and deep fry. It’ll cook the Y bones to a crisp where they won’t matter. You can thank me later. 😊 My Family of four wasted about 10 lbs if like like this in short order.
