Post by: Silencer on December 31, 2008, 05:29:09 AM
I guess I've been puttin a big responsibitly on my boy.   I  did get him for being a retriving machine.

He willl do what I request him of.   He maybe a little slow at it, but most of all he's been here by my side through thick and thin, the dog is my besteeeeeeeeeeeeeest  buddddddddddddddddy ever.
He's my champ.    God bless em..  He's there for me for everything.

Yea, they stay beside you when know one else will, I have a Black Lab that going on 13 years old and her only desire in life is to try and please me, will be a sad day when she is gone. cc

I am kicking myself for not getting Baylee (My Yellow Lab) trained for waterfowl last spring. She is all over the ducks / geese when I bring them home. If I pop a waterfowling DVD in her ears perk up out of a sound sleep and she rushes to the TV to watch it. I can't put my shoes on without her wanting to go for a ride. She is a really good girl...we'll work on that retrieving thing in the spring.
