I've never tried one myself 'cause most of my "TACTICAL" coyote missions are usually carried out within the 100 yard mark but I did read somewhere that the U.S. Marine Corp snipers use them... must work pretty darn well then, me thinks.  :wink:

I've got a laser rangefinder that corrects yardage to the target for the angle.   Its somewhat useful bow hunting from a tree stand but unless the angle is really steep I don't think it makes much difference.

I could see where it would help with long rifle shots in mountainous regions though.
