I still fillet mine like a regular fish and then fillet the wye bones out in rows. I tried this here method once and the top fillet had three rows of bones in it I don't know what he's doing thinking the top is a boneless filet but it's not. Unless I did it completely wrong LOL

 The easiest method I find is to unhook them and throw them back in the water  :yoyo:
