Snapper in my back yard

Went out to weedeat the back yard and almost tripped over this bad boy.  The nearest water hole to me is at least 1/2 mile. I suspect he was talking a walk to try and find some companionship.  



I took him down to the river bottom sloughs about a mile from me and turned him loose.  Woulda made some good eatin but I didn't feel like foolin with him.  I'll let someone else "noodle" him.
