Click on the members name.
That open his profile and then on the right side, click where it reads "Send personal message".
I'll check out the permissions, everyone that's registered should be able to view profiles.
[edit] New members couldn't view profiles. I changed that. Let me know of anything else you guys uncover. :wink:
