I went out late today with just enough time to make one stand. Two series of Coyote Pair spaced apart about a minute, and two coyotes came into the corner of a big hayfield, in the corner where a wooded fencerow meets. It was so late that I had trouble seeing them, as they kept disappearing in a shallow ditch that runs the length of the field. I finally got a good shot at one of them, with chest and shoulder sticking out of a thick patch of weeds about 165 yds. I put a 70 grain Blitz King right where her shoulder and neck met, DRT. Real pretty female, well furred out. Here is a picture:

That is a good looking coyote and from the looks of that coat it could be a long winter.

" and the coyote is now extinct in Ole Kaintuck"
Not quite, Nasty one. I try to do my part but they are gaining overall.
Good calling and good shooting.
Nice shot. Our coyotes don't have nice fur like that.
