This morning, sunrise looking a few degrees north of Mt. Baker, WA.  I don't recall seeing such cuved clouds over wide area, all across the eastern horizon.

Photos not edited in any way.

If I  just look at the curved clouds and not the mountains or landscape I would think that I was looking at the Sahara.
When they come for mine they better bring theirs

With your screen name that doesn't sound "unbelievable" at all. :laf:

Since I posted these pics I saw something similar in an area 500 miles from home and connected it with forest fire smoke drifted many miles.  I think that may have something to do with the weird "clouds" but I'm not sure why the smoke or smoke effect shows up in thin curved lines.
