My First Laminated Call

This is the first time I have tried a laminated call and I like it, tell me what you think...........
Top to bottom it is Chestnut Oak, Cherry, then Walnut
I ran out of finish so it needs some more on it.

I also turnned two tiger maple distress calls today I am thinking of making a three call set out of it. Howler, rabbit and bird. :biggrin:

looks good from here Al, what did you use for glue? I have been going to give lamenting a try one of these days

I like that alot. It's just a good looking call. Great job!
Creasy, I used Gorrilla glue on mine. I think it was Dave( HuntnCarve ) that told me about it. He said to put the glue on as directed and just put the pieces together. Wait 15 to 20 minutes to let the gl;ue foam up. Then put the clamps on it till it dries. Take it from me...WHERE GLOVES !!! :innocentwhistle: It is some mean stuff.Good Luck.
