Title: Big WV deer display

While at the National Hunting and Fishing Celebration at the Stonewal Jackson Resort near Weston WV on Sunday 9/27/09 I took these photos of some whopper bucks killed here in WV.  Thought you guys would enjoy seeing that WV has some big deer too . . .

Nice lookin deer heads Jim. Were they all from the last couple years or over a longer period of time?

The deer were taken over the past few years and were bow and gun kills.

Ohio must have a few nice ones too.  I know lots of WV hunters who come over your way to hunt those BIG Oh bucks!!

Yes we do Jim. I've seen sooo many big boys walk right across a farmers field & onto public land it isn't even funny. All a fella needs is a climber stand or the ability to build a good brush blind along a trail. Heck you can drive 30 minutes from home & be in a good area outside of Marietta. Use Google Earth to find this type of scenario with public/private land & you're good to go.  :yoyo:
