Last Friday night, a small group of students were standing around in front of Wilson high school, after the Homecoming football game, waiting for their parents to pick them up. Drive-by gang bangers shot into the crowd. Another Honor Student killed. My grandson was standing with the group. He and another boy volunteered to go to the corner store and get some sodas for the group. He missed being killed by just 120 seconds. He's 16 and a nervous wreck.

Jim
WOW!!!! :whew: Yes that is way to close
I am glad your grandson is ok but it makes me  and very :madd: that this can happen
That is unreal! Glad your grandson is OK.
I feel your pain literally. Where I group up, garbage like that was a daily occurrence.
It's hard to believe it can become numbing, but it does.
Many times I wanted to set on a roof top at night and rid the community of these bastards, but you only become part of it all.
I finally bailed and headed to rural America.
...but it's only a matter of time.
Very sad.
We are praying for all of the family's and woundering when DNR is gona put an Open season on Gang Bangers and Drive Bye Shooters? Are they not predators?
