Yeah, may the New Year bring you all piles of fur down, and a bent fishing pole.

Speaking of fishing, I loaded the wagon up today and headed for the ice. Got down there and forgot my skimmer :doh2:
There was only one person fishing anyway...that tells me wasnt much happening.

Happy New year to all my many friends on FnF.  I haven't got enough words in my vocabulary to say what I'd want for each of you so all of you just have a great one.
Jim how can not having a skimmer and one person fishing tell you what the fish are doing .

When there's one person at this honey hole, most every time it means there's nothing happening.
If one guy catches a fish, there's four people running for his hole while he unhooks it....and three more driving up

You'd love it, ya gotta be ready to smack talk these guys to get em to back away.

...and I wasnt sticking my pudgy meat hooks into the holes to skim them out either. :nono:

What are you talking about .  Up here we just whiz in the ice chunks to melt them :innocentwhistle:.

If you're going to partake of adult beverages, please don't drink or drive...... you might spill your drink!  :nono:

I love the advice.  Obviously, since it is 11:16 and I am home, I won't need it.

Hope y'all had a good New Year arrival. Believe it or not, I went to church tonight to bring the New Year in. I figure it's about time I start living a little more like I believe.
The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak, but I need to try harder.

Ain't but two real commandments.

1. Love the Lord thy God with all your heart, soul, body, and strength.
2. Love your neighbor as yourself.

If I could just follow these two commandments, I might be half the man I would like to be and 5 times the man I am.

BTW, not trying to get preachy by any means, but you all know what a knuckle head I can be at times. Totally uncalled for most of the time.
