Title: Island Mink
Post by: northern coyote on January 31, 2010, 03:08:09 PM
hey Guys, I aint been here in awhile, but i got a question y'all might answer for me. Currently I'm in college goin for my bachelors in Wildlife Sciences, and I am applyin for a job this summer trappin mink and shootin seagulls (laughing gulls exactly) and I have been told that the area I would be trappin is tree less, grassy, with lots of rocks, cliffs and slippery rock outcroppings. I'm used to crick bank mink, any tips on how to go about this? I'm thinkin cubby's and maybe some fake mushrat houses, what do y'all think?

I think you may find your answer when ya get there.
Their gonna to be going back and forth from the water, and once your there you'll see exactly how. Might even get a few ideas based off where these trails are.
