We went again this evening. We started out with a group howl and didn't hear anything. sat quietly for a bit than tried a couple lone howls and this got them stirred all up. We howled for a little while and then paused for about 20 or 30 minutes and tried some distress sounds. My partner caught sight of a coyote coming in on his side but only got a glimpse of it through the brush and it disappeared after that. We never saw it again. Darkness ended out hunt. We feel really good about this place, as we heard several coyotes answer our calls tonight.
We also saw several deer when sneaking into our setup.
