Take a cow horn and make it a closed reed distress call so who am I to tell him no

So I took some chipped spots out of the bell cut the tip off cleaned it up put some clear coat on it put a reed in it and called it done on this one

The other one I am still working on I will post pics when it is done

I have a 2nd one going together but it has a elk antler mouth piece and I am hoping to finish that one tonight

That's neat. What kinda volume?? Does it make the reed you put in it sound different than the same type of reed in a wood call?? You can PM me the answers if you have plans to make these more often.

I bet it's louder than an Ohio string 9/32 bored call too. :laf: :laf:
