Wooden shoes up the ying yang. Did people really wear these things. I cant even fathom carving something like this out.

This was an antique dental air pump. Man just looking at it made me dang mouth hurt.

Remember the cartoons where the firemen threw buckets of water on the fires? LOL I had no idea that was reality back in the day.

Old wooden buckets til they were replaced by horse drawn steam driven pumps with hoses attached to another horse drawn water tanker.

The Dane I worked for and still have as a friend wears wooden shoes but not with the raised sides and back.  He likes them. :shrug:
