Nice pics!! Is that Gold trout native or a freak of nature? I've seen the others you caught but never one of those.
The steps are something I just can't imagine, if I came home to them every night I'd move :whew:. Fishing looked like fun though
we had a good time and caught alot of trout, i even had a grand slam of trout fishing i caught a brown, rainbow, brook and golden trout in the same day. :eyebrow: i also won big fish every day :yoyo: :alscalls: Al is in his 2nd year of apprenticeship so i didnt expect him to even be close to me, :alscalls: he will tell you who the master is :eyebrow: if he wont tell then i will

I would drive around the bottom of the hill past the steps & up the driveway Barry. :laf: :laf:
WOW, that looks like it was a fun day! Beautiful looking water behind Golfertrout in the pic w/the golden. And if that plate of fish was streamside cuisine, I'm coming out there and finding you guys.
Nice post and pics.

I built my house with a walk in basement door cause I'm lazy so I'll stick with my original statement :nofgr:.
Dave you can come and fish with us the next time, or any of you other guys are welcome to go also
I came in second every day......... :eyebrownod: But I cooked the fish and no one died..... :laf: :laf:
HaMer: All were stocked fish accept for the native brook as described. However some were caught in a catch and release section and have been there for a long time hence the nice colors. Golds are very hard to get most of the time as they seem to see very well.
I rolled the fish in flour........then in beaten egg........then in ritz cracker crumbs.........Let em sit in the fridge for an hour then deep fried em........MMMMMMMM..........MMMMMMMMMMMMM!
I aint, I say I aint never seen anything like that gold one. That is cool as "L" :yoyo:
Nice ! :yoyo:
Good lookin spot there ! :congrats:
Thanks for the invite, Golfertrout.
I had to go to a funeral out towards your area (I think) about 2 wks ago. I don't think I was in WV, but drove s.w. from Harrisburg,PA, through MD and then up to Hopwood, PA (Uniontown area). It was a 5 hr drive from the Phila. suburbs, but beautiful area out there once you get into the Appalacien area (anything is beautiful, though, travelling away from Phila).
Dave
no problem Dave. that offer goes to any of you fins and fur guys. you wanna catch trout you call me. i got a place to stay in bergoo, trout stream is just a stone throw away
Those are terrific photos! Very nice trout, big ones, and I can't believe that golden trout. I've never seen anything like that. Very impressive.
