Sunday Chet gave me a call and asked me what I was up too. I told him I was at my Dad's house visiting with him and he said that he needed to see me. I told him to come on over, which he first declined because he didn't want to bother dad and mom. BUT, as I have told you before, Chet is family around my people, so I told him just to drive his butt over and come see mom and dad. They were tickled to find out that Chet was coming.
We waited for awhile, when we finally got a phone call from Chet saying he was lost. I asked him to describe where he was and he started describing the place. It sounded very familiar. The more he described, the more I realized the smart butt was in front of mom and dad's house. :laf:
He pulled on in the driveway and I walked out to meet him. My boy just had to try and scare Chet, so when he jumped out, Chet put on a good performance like he really got scared. :wink:
That's when I noticed he had a little box in his hand. Curiousity got the best of me, so I asked what he brought me. He told me to hold my horses and let him get his camera ready before I opened it. THAT'S when I knew something was up. I looked on the box and sure nuff, I recognized the name on the return address and it wasn't Chet's. :wo:
Chet got his picture taking device all ready and I started tearing into it. The pictures will tell the rest of the story from here on out.
