A few months ago my dad gave me my grandfathers .270 Winchester pre 64 mod. 70 and my grandma's double barrel .410. I gave the rifle back cuz he didnt have anything comfortable to hunt with :nono: ( he thought he was going to retire from hunting ) but I still have the old .410. I couldnt begin to count how many bushy tails this shotgun has taken. It brings me back to my sons age sitting on a sunny hillside with my grandma shootin the heck out of em.

I feel only fit to let my youngest use it this spring to try and bag his first gobbler. Darn thing holds a good pattern out to 20 yds. I think he'll be using it this fall as well chasing some bushy tails with me.

Lot more unequalled value to the hand me downs through the family.
Darn cool for sure!! I hope he scores big with it this spring!! :yoyo: :yoyo:
I love double barrels and 410 is a definite favorite. It looks good with the lad and I hope he wins everything in the turkey contest with that little beauty that i'm sure you are going to give me more info about :innocentwhistle:.

Looks likes it's in pretty good shape too :yoyo:
Very cool :yoyo: :highclap:
Beautiful little gun, I am a huge .410 fan, and the family memories make it even better.
