I caught a 12 inch many years back and was really happy with that. Your friend must be REALLY happy.

Hey Jerry, he was...hes a serious crappie specialist...he consistently gets big fish and lots of them...he uses very light line and really small minnows....like 1 inch or less...and just hammers the crappie.

thats a whopper crappie wouldnt take but 2 or 3 of them to make a mess,crappie are one of the best eating fish there is in my oppion walleye is a very close 2nd :biggrin:
