Here are some pictures of Vancouver. It was the last stop at the end of my trip to Alaska. It impressed me as a very nice city. Lots of activity from the bicyclists, joggers, in-line skaters, etc. Stanley Park was especially nice.

Darn nice pics in this onetoo Semp. Then again when you have shots like that it makes it a little easier doesn't it. :eyebrownod: Nicely done & Thanks for sharing.
Thats some interesting stuff.
All those huge buildings look eerie next to that water. I guess I'm used to seeing cabins and cabins on stilts. :laf:
Thanks for taking us along with you on your trip Semp!! Looks great. I would love to make it up there sometime!

Semp, great pics! Glad you enjoyed Hongcouver. You probably got to see more of it since we didn't meet! It is one of the prettiest cities in the world along the waterfront with the snow mountains rising behind salt water inlet. In winter, with a pair of binoculars you can see people skiing on the slopes above North Vancouver while you are in flannel shirt weather along the waterfront.

I did remember seeing quite a few Asians there. :laf: Vancouver is also called Hollywood North for its film industry. I suspect that Lions Gate Films is named after the Lions Gate bridge too.
