Title: Wyoming out, Vegas in
Post by: Frogman on July 21, 2010, 07:54:13 AM
I have an opportunity to visit Las Vegas Nevada for the week of Sept.  13 - 17.  I was hoping to travel to Wyoming for a coyote hunt about that time.  Unfortunatly I can not do both.  So Wyoming is out for now and Vegas is in.  I should have some time for some coyote hunting in the Vegas area.  Do any of our members have any suggestions of good places to go??  Any help would be appreciated!!

I have heard that there is a Coyote Ugly in that area where you might be able to pick something up.  Maybe you will get lucky at the slots and be able to extend your vacation.

I dont know anyone in the Vegas area, but if I'm not mistaken there's a lot of public ground available to hunt.

I have hunted NV but never around the Vegas area, mostly way up north.

Nailbender is right.  Everything within a 100 mile radius of Las Vegas has been shot up by the locals.  There are an aweful lot of gun owners in southern NV.
