hunted with an old friend of mine this mornin who's camo is a bit strange but hey, he can call like no other !!!

Finally broke the ice and scored on a couple.

Dang river is TOOOOOOOOO high still, puddle jumpin/huntin and got these guys. I can see the islands on the river now so it shouldnt be much longer, maybe another week but its spoda rain again :rolleye:

I am envious. Our duck opener doesn't start here until the last weekend in October. It sure can't get here fast enough!

Its funny Brian, early goose and we'd be seeing flocks and flocks of mallards, teal, woodies etc etc etc

Early goose over, duck opens, we see a few & far between ducks but there's flocks and flocks of geese everywhere :laf:

They know when and what season is in !!!!
