alexys had been sick the earlier part of the week so i wasnt sure if she was gonna be up to going the weekend but she was.
we had pulled the line here and set all new traps on saturday up above Jerrys.
we set 60 traps total between the 3 of us.
alexys picked her own spots, made her own pockets, baited and lured her own sets.
Jerry preset the traps for her because she isnt strong enough yet but she put them where she choce too and heres the results.........these pics are all from traps she chose to set .
she ended up wityh 4 rats and 5 coon from her sets.
we had 14 coon, 8 rats, 2 beaver and 7 possum for the day.

she had a blast and is ready for this week to end so we can go again this weekend and next week cause theyre off for thanksgiving break al next week.

You tell Alexys that she is a GREAT trapper. I know that I couldn't do as good as she is doing. Maybe some day she can give me lessons.

shes gonna send em to canada and bank the proceeds.
Alscalls, we actually live in jackson county.
the county lines about 1/4 mile-1/2 mile up the road.

Be sure to tell Alexys congrats. You gotta have a natural eye for figurin out the sets, and she's got it.

she loves everything about the outdoors.
im hoping to get a few more sets out if our weather will break and hold.
we didnt get to our neighbors yet cause i was waiitng till she could go with me cause theres easy access for her to be able to make some sets.
im leery of takin her even then though cause seesm like she always ends up sick despite being bundled up as the weather dictates.
and i really dont care for having t turn loose a rubbed out coon, lol, it can get kinda hairy.
