Saw this male pheasant and a few hens foraging in an old corn field..dont see them much around these parts, unreal colors on him:

Yes he does ! Looks like a spring bird.

pretty vivid colors in the foto too. always wanted to hunt pheasant . we only have ruffed grouse here in va, used to hear bobwhites all the time

Used to love doing to put and take hunts for pheasant here in Indiana. Now with the populatiry of them you have to put your name in a drawing for them and hope you get picked.
