Title: Green fox distress call
Post by: John_NY on December 03, 2010, 03:27:51 PM
Gray fox are hard to find around here but I got 3 coming in the mail.  :alscalls:  A guy in Tx. asked me to make him a green distress call and he'd give me 3 gray fox for the call. This is what I made him.  I hope it's green enough.

Thanks guys. I don't know Glen  if they'll be green with envy but I hope he likes it.

Barry now that i have the grey fox's coming I still gotta find a ringtail cat. They are a neat looking critter.

John

It must be the Christmas season with all the green and red. Just had to make a red cow elk call for a guy in Montana.

John those types of colors generally don't do much for my personal taste but the last couple to include this green one have some sharp color to them.  :congrats:

I really like the dymalux. It's really tough stuff. I have found that the best sellers for me are the chili pepper red, the green , black and purple. What I really like is it doesn't need a finish. A little polish and it's ready to go.

That one won't get lost in the snow or dried leaves, but if he drops it along the "greens" patch it will be gone.  Nice call.
