We just mixed trail bologna spices and LEM cure with 25oz. of water....... Ground 17# of deer meat with 8# of pork twice......
Poured the cure over it in a big tub and mixed through...... Then ran it into casings.....
Cooked at 200 deg. for about an hour and a half...........
Good GAWD I am gona make myself sick eating this stuff.......... Its GREAT!
