I got a piece of Dogwood in a trade with another guy and I like this wood.  Nice and hard, good sound quality, and finishes like a dream.  If you haven't tried any Dogwood, you might want to give it a try.

Nice Jerry! I like dogwood! I got some spalted dogwood here I been working with as well. Turns like a dream!

Lets see what ya got there keekee. I was wondering how long it would take you to get into that stuff. Looks like I will have to break a mare to harness to get to that other one I was telling you about. My 3 wheeler went down again.

Holler if you would like some spalted Hawk. I have a bit and am going to harvest more soon.Jimmie
