  Or I'd use it for a case trimmer on the old paper cartridge shotgun shells, they'd get ragged and wouldn't roll properly so this was employed to straighten them out.

Dang Barry, you do run into a lot of old stuff, I though it was a tool to cut rubber bands to make a sling shot. cc
