Title: Vaccum veneering bag
Post by: Lonehowl on February 19, 2007, 04:14:19 PM
I know this is off the wall, but just thought Id post this link. Its an inexpensive vacuum bag with manual pump system to create clamping force on wood projects. I was looking into building a skateboard( dont ask ) and found it. It also has a link to the manufactuer.
I thought it was pretty neat, maybe someone an use it in thier callmaking endeavors.

I have one, but it was designed to seal an open bottle of wine.  It worked pretty good for that.  Now I have found that it is just better to finish the bottle and not need to mess with the vacuum.   :laf:
