From left to right, Larry Gresser long box..finely made and tuned, does it all, yelp, purr, kee-kee,etc,...next is in my opinion the best production box call made, and still pretty cheap, the M.L. Lynch World Champion box call, been around for 60 some years, killer sounds and can even gobble with it!...everyone should have a pushpin..they just work..this one is a Keowee call with a slate bottom and acrylic striker..nice deep mellow sound...next is another great production call, the Primos Box Cutter...had that one for a spell and dumped some birds with it, again not very costly...and last but not least, the Primos BattleShip long box...gorgeous call with a LOUD raspy sound, but can still bring it down low to call em in close...if I was to recommend one call to a new or seasoned hunter looking for a low cost production box call, with no hesitation I would say the Lynch box call.

That's a vest full, Gunz! I have the Box Cutter as well, along with my personal favorite the Jerry Martin Redhead box and the Primos Heart Breaker. I keep a Quaker Boy Hurricane for those damp days. The boy flaunts the entire Heart Breaker line from Lil to Battleship as well as the Lynch call!
You must have a big backpack Nasty :laf:
Good call selection !...I like a mouth call also for closing work and have a good assortment of pot calls also but generally I like the box calls..also use tube call, wing bone, Tom Gaskins call, good to mix it up and have options.

Ok that line made me flash back to the Big Kake thread and made be burp :puke: :laf:
My absolute favorite turkey call is the 1965 Lynch Foolproof model 101 box call.
This call was given to me over 25 years ago and is the best sounding call I've ever used.
