As it turns out, Obama isn't even going to use (abuse?) his Executive Order powers.
At least not yet.
Apparently the Obama administration is going to start by directly going against the will of the people and enforce a policy -- through his power-abusing Justice Department -- that will force firearms dealers to report any and all "multiple sales" of rifles to private citizens.
That's right.
A de facto gun registration that puts law-abiding gun owners like you on a list without it even being considered by lawmakers.
No bills to be voted on by Congress.
No official Executive Order which could be viewed by the public.
Just flat-out mandating that the Justice Department enforce laws that aren't there.
And unconstitutional, to boot.
This is essentially a way of "rationing" your Second Amendment rights to you.
