It's the latest craze between the web, phones and advertising. They are getting real popular by website owners as they place them in their magazine ads, so that not only can the rag reader get a brief rundown of the site and it's purpose, now they can scan the barcode and visit the site effortlessly on their phone, from the rag. :eyebrownod:
Anyone can get one made free on the web, there's several sites that make them instantly for you.
Kind of a cool little doo hickey for advertising.
LOL I was wondering how many folks had checked it out! Todd caught it a few days ago too. I actually made it from my phone... same app that I read them with will generate 'em. I thought I'd give it a try... then I thought... :confused: Heck I could use that as my avatar! :laf: You can link to web sites or just put your contact info on 'em.
