Richard is having a birthday.  Somehow I don't think he will be around - probably out smoking some more cheese.  It seems some guests visited his home and left with most of his hard work.  Speaking of which, it is just about gone.   :sad3:

Thanks all, just returning from a trip and catching up on my mail etc.

I do feel a little older today.  Just glad I can see today.

Hawk,  You know where the stash is.  Or, bring some plain down and we can put the smoke to it.

Hawk, it came the day before we left on trip.  Haven't had a chance to break it in yet.  He sent 4 pounds of pellets along with it.  Can't be beat for customer service.

I'd say this last batch tastes better than any Cheese Haven's cheese, up Lake Erie way.
