From late August here in Ohio. :hahaha: Which one would you let walk?? :laf: :laf:
The deer closest to the camera in the 1st video is the same deer as the one by itself in the 2nd video.

Glen,
Looks like you have one to many bucks there. I will be right over to help.
Jerry
Buck in the first vid. behind the one closet to camera...... BOOM.
Come on over Jerry!! There's more than that on that property now. :eyebrow: :eyebrow:
I would shoot either of those FOs. The bigger rack in the back is a young deer. He has a very small head & his body needs about 2 more years. If he walks in front of me tho I'll try to ease his pain & suffering of carrying all that bone around on his head next year. :eyebrownod: :eyebrownod:
I'd probably take either one :eyebrownod:
But it looks like if ya dont take him out of that little clearing, you wont get him at all. Looks pretty thick in the background.
Nice bucks Hammer i dont see how you can go wrong with either one but i do agree with the one needing a few years i just dont know if i could make that call.
Yes, I agree he's young and could benefit from being allowed to walk and grow. However, where I hunt, either the landowner, or one of the neighbors would shoot him in a heart beat. If he's going to end getting shot anyways, I think he'd look better on my wall. :laf:
There are quite a few different areas he's been seen in. :eyebrow:
And I won't let him walk either. :nono: :nono:
And here's the most recent trail cam video of the lower buck. Almost looks like he took a hit from a vehicle in the right front shoulder.

WOW, you grow'em big up there Glen. I hope you get a shot at one of them.
Yeah these are some nice bucks for sure. But we do have larger ones than these roaming the Ohio woods.
It's great to see you on the Forums again. Long time no see. Stop by a little more often Jason!!!!!!!!!!!
I swear I posted on this ?
Good lookin bucks !
Hope ya get a closer look real soon.
Thanks Scott. The only days I've been out we sat in a blind trying to get Diane her 1st deer. She missed clean 2 weeks ago.

You pulling our leg!
Maybe your buck took a whoopen from that other big buck & that's why he's a limpen? :wo:
Wow, I have been wanting to come over to Ohio and talk to some farmers and see if I can find a place to Bowhunt. Im just next door in WV. Just havent had the time yet and really dont know what part of Ohio to start. Awesome Bucks though Hamer
thanks for sharing
Nice looking deer you have there Glen.
Pat
Yep!! She missed. It was her 1st attempt & it was a team effort. I knew it was an 18yd shot as I had it lasered before hand. We double checked the sites & were only off about 2" at 20yds. We've been out since then & she was at the ready the whole time. :eyebrow: And that whoopin theory could be right on point too. We really won't know til it's seen up close or dead.
Hide-- PM sent.
hunter724-- You're Welcome.
Thanks Pat!!
That explains why she missed ...... you helped her!
:alscalls:
YEP!! :eyebrownod: :eyebrownod:
Glen,
Everyone here in WV tells me you have bigger bucks in OH. Those look like dandys! Go get 'em!
Jim
I know there are some nice bucks in West Va as well Jim. Our farm land is just a little better than yours is really the only difference. I'm trying to get Diane on one of them. :eyebrow:
