Title: Couple nice Crappie.
Post by: HaMeR on May 01, 2012, 09:24:44 PM
Had more than my fair share of bad luck & BS happening around here these last couple months. Luckily Turkey season opened last Monday & I've been able to blow off a few things that still need done around here. Then I started fishing again. Jerrod & I went out for a couple hours this afternoon. We brought home 14 Crappies over 10" & 3 were 11 1/2" plus slabs. Mine was the biggest at 12 1/2" & a pure bruiser. Jerrod caught the other 2 brutes. There is 2 11 1/2" White Bass on the stringer that is hidden behind the Crappie. I had to hurry home so the pics aren't the greatest.

Here is our results from a 3 1/2 hour fishing trip.

 :laf: @ shads hushpuppies!!

Yeah there are some real slabs on there. Wish I had the time to take more pics.

Yes it does Jim. It's all good here. Just a bunch of little crap that snowballs you know. Just one example was when the garage door opener broke. Simple fix right?? Buy a new opener & install it right??    :doh2:  I musta bought the Lesnar Opener seeings how the damn door then got pulled apart after a week of using it!!!!! Just a ton of stupid crap is all.

Thanks Jerry but I'll pass on that. Diane is working out of town this week & has a 3 hour drive everyday. I'm making supper!!

Breaded and deep fried, hushpuppies and fries along with a ice cold mug of brew - doesn't get any better than that!

I'll never leave Arizona but I sure do miss that fishing that I had in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky and a few other southern states.

That's the way Jerrod is gonna have em too!! I left them all with him. His Family can use the extra food on the table & for me it's more about just getting out & away from,, ahem,, civilization for a couple hours.
